the 60 square meter apartment is located right off the Piazza Fenice. A quiet area with no traffic noise. Located in the center of Chiaveri it offers quick access to all shops, boutiques, restaurants and is only 3 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes walk from the beach of Chiavari

The apartment is located on the third floor and even if there is no elevator it is very comfortable.

A flat screen TV is available as well as independant heating for the winter season.
